- Worked as a Barista at three different locations and learned the ins and outs of cafe work and management.

- Design and implemented an intranet solution; the goal was to find/designate issues and why technicians would call the lead line, then to assess and suggest appropriate training solutions.
- Designed and implemented an form for cross call-center compatibility to track issues related to voicemail(500 entries per day) using simple email forms. Cutting down voicemail calls to call centers; working very close with business analysts within the company.
- Designed and implemented for Terminal Emulator a menu-based system to interact with switches used by cellular technicians.
- Designed and Implemented a tracking forms using php/MySQL to track Touch2Talk calls inbound to the call center, outputting the request queries.

- US Forest Service: S-212 Wildland Chainsaws, S-211 Pumps and Hydraulics, Defensive Driving Training, Government vehicle license. Blood Born Pathogens and First Aid CPR training. Basic HAZWOPR training.
