Fire Fighter Type 2 on a Type 3 Engine

  1. Received multiple certifications for qualifications in the wildland firefighting industry.
  2. Became competent with chainsaw skills and ability to work in the woodlands.
  3. Aggressively fought fires to suppress them as well as managed fires to suit the purposes of fires natural course while bypassing man made structures.
  4. Gained a large understanding of hydraulics, plumbing and small engine repair.

  1. Worked as a Barista at three different locations and learned the ins and outs of cafe work and management.
  2. Worked as cafe manager at a satellite location in the YMCA.  Interfacing with both the YMCA and the business to create new ideas to better give customers what they wanted.
  3. Learned a wide variety of teas, and new ideas for cafe drinks and utilizing tea for healthier reasons and concepts.
  4. Interfaced with our coffee roaster to get the proper blends, teas, espresso’s and syrups needed to better give our customers a good experience at the cafe.

  1. Received Honorable Discharge on October 17th 2009 after four years of service.
  2. Two deployments, one on the 31st MEU/SOC to Okinawa, Japan and one Combat deployment to Iraq in Al-Anbar Province.
  3. Received Meritorious Masts on 4 different occasions.
  4. Recipient Good Conduct Medal for Three years of honorable service.
  5. Completed Non-Lethal Combat and Riot Control training with a Level 1 OC Spray.
  6. Extensive knowledge of hiking and utilization of Pioneering tools.

  1. Designed and documented HOWTO's and FAQ's internally on Touch 2 Talk systems used by representatives cross call centers.
  2. Co-Facilitated training of Technical Support Employees.
  3. Employees Choice Award, Phoenix Call Center(May 2003).
  4. Additional duties designed and requested for upper management.
  5. Worked very closely with business analysts and project leaders for implementations of new products.
  6. Design and implemented an intranet solution; the goal was to find/designate issues and why technicians would call the lead line, then to assess and suggest appropriate training solutions.
  7. Designed and implemented an form for cross call-center compatibility to track issues related to voicemail(500 entries per day) using simple email forms. Cutting down voicemail calls to call centers; working very close with business analysts within the company.
  8. Designed and implemented for Terminal Emulator a menu-based system to interact with switches used by cellular technicians.
  9. Designed and Implemented a tracking forms using php/MySQL to track Touch2Talk calls inbound to the call center, outputting the request queries.

  3. Colorado Fire Camp Attained S-130/S-190 as well as ICS-100 level certifications for wild land firefighting in 2009
  4. US Forest Service: S-212 Wildland Chainsaws, S-211 Pumps and Hydraulics, Defensive Driving Training, Government vehicle license.  Blood Born Pathogens and First Aid CPR training.  Basic HAZWOPR training.
  5. American Heart CPR Certification.
